Jonny Adam welcomes John Clark Group for the 2024 season

Two-time Le Mans 24 Hour winner, and four-time British GT champion, Jonny Adam is proud to confirm a new relationship with Scottish automotive retail specialists, John Clark Motor Group. Racing together for the 2024 season, the new partnership will see John Clark Motor Group branding on Jonny’s newly designed race helmets and race suits, as he takes on full season entries in both the British GT Championship and the European Le Mans Series.

Jonny’s new 2024 helmet will be a refreshed version of his previous design, which he has celebrated significant success with. As last year, the Oban tartan pattern will feature at the top, now with the John Clark Motor Group logo, alongside Jonny’s long-term sponsor Asset Alliance Group. A second design will also be used throughout the year underlining Jonny’s links to Aston Martin as a Factory Driver, with the dark green and florescent yellow synonymous with the brand, used for the tartan.

John Clark Motor Group is a family run and owned automotive business representing cars, vans and motorbikes from well-known brands across Scotland. Jonny joins an exciting list of drivers sponsored by the Group, competing in GTs, single-seaters and karting, and now takes the brand to a new level with international GT3 competition.

Commenting on the new partnership, John Clark OBE, Group Chairman of John Clark Motor Group, commented: “It is such a pleasure to be able to support Jonny in the 2024 season, as he competes in both the British GT Championship and the European Le Mans Series. I’m incredibly proud to be able to support Scottish drivers and showcase their talent behind the wheel. We are looking forward to working with Jonny across the season and wish him the best of luck in his opening race this weekend.”

Jonny added: “John Clark Motor Group is a real institution in Scotland, and I am incredibly pleased to confirm the relationship for 2024. John has long been a champion of Scottish drivers, and has been involved with motorsport for a number of years, so I am very proud to be working with him and the team. I will be flying the Scottish flag even higher than normal as we take on the British and European championships.”

Racing with the new Aston Martin Vantage GT3 for 2024, Jonny will kick off his 2024 race season, at the opening round of the British GT Championship. Racing with Blackthorn, the four-time championship winner will be in action at Oulton Park over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Alongside this, his European campaign will then commence at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya for the first round of the European Le Mans Series. Racing with Grid Motorsport by TF Sport, the ultimate for Jonny and the team is winning the championship, and securing a return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
